By purchasing artwork from SoMayStudio, you agree to the following terms.

1. Artwork

All pieces sold are either original artworks or limited/open edition prints as described on the product page. Each item is created with care and accurately represented, though colours may vary slightly due to screen differences.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and must be paid in full at checkout before dispatch.

3. Shipping

Orders will be processed within a reasonable timeframe and shipped using appropriate packaging to protect the artwork. Delivery times may vary depending on location.

SoMay Studio is not responsible for delays caused by couriers.

4. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of original artwork and prints:

  • All sales are considered final

  • Returns are only accepted if the item arrives damaged

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

5. Damage in Transit

If your artwork arrives damaged:

  • Please retain all packaging

  • Provide clear photos of the damage

  • A replacement or refund will be arranged where appropriate

6. Copyright & Intellectual Property

All artwork remains the intellectual property of SoMay Studio.

When you purchase a piece:

  • You own the physical artwork only

  • You do not own the copyright

  • You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit the artwork in any form

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Prints or copies

  • Digital reproduction

  • NFTs or resale for commercial use

Any unauthorised use may result in legal action.

7. Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.

8. Liability

SoMay Studio is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss related to the use or purchase of artwork.
